Bistek Tagalog is a type of filipino beef stew. This is also known as Beefsteak to some people. It is comprised of thin slices of beef and a generous a month of onions. these are stewed in a soy sauce and lemon. Served with Rice or Naan bread if you preferred and sautéed bokchoy.

Pansit Bihon/Rice Noodle/Lo Mein is a Filipino rice noodle dish. This was brought by the Chinese and localized since then. Rice noodle mixed with pork and vegetable.
Pancit Canton/ Filipino style Chow Mein it is prepared using a variety of ingredients with makes it look festive. There is also a combination of different flavour that make it delicious. Pancit Canton make of slice pork, shrimp, and vegetable. This Filipino style of Chow Mein is very tasty and flavorful. It’s good to eat with buns or warm white rice.
Lumpiang gulay or vegetable spring roll is a simple fried appetizer dish made from vegetable (Carrots, cabbage, bean sprout And green beans. These are wrapped And then fried until crispy.
Lumpaing Shanghai is a type of Filipino Egg Roll. The basic filling is composed of ground pork, minced onion,carrots, garlic, herbs and seasoning such as salt and ground black pepper then wrapped and deep fry until cook and crispy.

Kare Kare is a type of Filipino stew with a rich and thick peanut sauce. It is a popular dish in the Philippines served during special occasions. The traditional recipe is composed of ox tail or beef Shank or chuck. The vegetable component of the dish are beans, eggplant, book Choy, and banana blossoms. Top with crispy pork belly. This dish is very tasty and creamy.
Lots of variations chicken curry, my chicken curry is creamy and not to spicy. My hubby and the kids gabble as soon it’s cook. The irrefutable blend of curry, sweet coconut milk, herbs, spices and tender chicken meat. If you guys tried the Manila Fusion Creamy Coconut Chicken Curry, you know how good it is. Crab Relyeno/ Relyenong Alimasag is the Filipino version of stuffed crabs. Crab meat is sautéed along with some vegetable, spices, and seasoning. The cook mixture is later stuffed inside the top shell of the crab, and fried in medium heat for a few minutes to complete the cooking process. It’s good served with warm white rice and sweet chilli sauce.
Mercy’s Empanada is so delicious and tasty.Theres a lot of variety of empanada flavour/filling. Empanada is a type of pastry that is stuffed with meat (chicken, pork or beef) and vegetable. Cook and seasoned with perfection. Similar Types of empanada are also common in Spain and South AmErica. In fact, the Cuban picadillo almost resemble the Filipino empanada in terms of ingredient and taste.
Embutido is a type of meatloaf prepared Filipino style. Though a well known dish for the holiday and other special occasion in the Philippines. Now a days you can have Embutido without any hassle because several meat processing companies produce this meatloaf. But our Embutido is special and home made. My version (or should I say my Mom’s😊) focuses more on giving this dish a wonderful taste and aroma that can’t be found in other version. You can serve this as a cold cut or you can even fry it
Lumpiang Sariwa or Fresh Spring Roll is a Filipino vegetable dish composed of different vegetables with a soft (unfried) wrapper garnished with sweet sauce and crushed peanuts.
